*Physicians (Laryngologist, ENT) diagnoses the physical presence of vocal nodules and Speech-Language Pathologists (SLP) diagnose the functional use and mechanics. It is best to get a physician's diagnosis and referral to a SLP for voice therapy first.

**Singing Voice diagnosis and therapy includes the speaking voice.
